The process of a training course with AnthroPi
Our teaching methods are based on learning through simulation, communication analysis, and auditory development. Our training aims to reduce the risk of human error and increase service quality, through the evolution of expertise and self-assessment.
First step
Initial Contact
During a phone call, you provide us with the number of people to be trained, the location, and the duration of the training.
Second step
We set a date
Based on the request for one or more days, this allows us to find a training location and prepare the necessary materials.
Third step
Training Day
1. Group Briefing
Setting the context and the day's agenda with simulation, presentation of the simulation environment,
explanation of expectations and logistics during the session, encouraging reflection
and participation from the learners.
2. Module
The first simulation module is composed of a series of educational workshops selected
based on the desired skills.
Fourth step
Training Debrief
This is an essential step of the simulation, conducted by an accredited instructor. It involves discussing several key areas that promote the development of collective intelligence:
- Theoretical refreshers
- Feedback addressing identified needs
